This means it is your responsibility to bring any supplies you will use or consume during your stay, including personal hygiene items, food, beverages, etc. House Rules NO SMOKING – This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $500 fine will be charged for any violation. Smoking is only permitted outside the house, with doors and windows closed. No smoke or odor should be present inside the home, or the fine will apply. PETS and PARTIES are not allowed. Under no circumstances is the use of charcoal grills permitted. Subject to a fine. Extras – Available Upon Request Only Pool heating fee: $30/night (minimum of 5 nights); BBQ fee: $70 per stay – this includes cleaning after checkout.
